Get up and running with CloudAct.ai in minutes

Welcome to CloudAct! This guide will walk you through setting up your account and viewing your first cost report.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Creating your CloudAct account is a simple 2-step process.

Step 1a: Personal Information

Visit cloudact.ai/signup and enter your personal details:

Phone Number Formatting: Your phone number is automatically formatted based on your selected country code. For US (+1), the format is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Different countries have different formats.

Click Continue to proceed to organization setup.

Step 1b: Organization Setup

Configure your workspace settings:

Click Create Account to complete registration.

Your organization settings can be changed later from SettingsOrganization.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

After creating your account, you'll be directed to select a subscription plan:

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Select your plan and complete the payment process through our secure Stripe checkout.

Step 3: Connect Your First Integration

Once your account is active:

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar
  2. Click on the provider you want to connect:
    • GenAI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Cursor
    • Cloud: Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
    • SaaS: Slack, GitHub, Figma, Notion
  3. Enter your API key or connect via OAuth
  4. Click Save

Your costs will start appearing on your dashboard within a few minutes!

Step 4: Explore Your Dashboard

Your dashboard shows:

  • Total Spend - Your current billing period costs across all providers
  • Cost Trends - How your spending changes over time with interactive charts
  • Top Providers - Which services cost the most
  • Usage Breakdown - Detailed breakdown by model, service, or team
